Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

1. Purpose
This policy defines the acceptable use boundaries and prohibited activities for Hosted Cloud services. Our goal is to provide a safe, stable, and lawful service environment.
2. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam: Bulk email sending, unsolicited advertising
- Phishing: Phishing, fake websites
- Malware: Virus, trojan, ransomware, botnet
- Hacking: Unauthorized system access, port scanning
- DDoS: Denial of service attacks
- Copyright Infringement: Pirated content, unlicensed software
- Illegal Content: Any content that violates applicable laws
3. Resource Usage Limits
Reasonable usage is expected for shared hosting and VPS services:
- CPU usage may not continuously exceed 80%
- Excessive disk I/O must not affect other users
- Network traffic must not contain DoS/DDoS attacks
- Email sending is limited to 500 messages per hour
4. Sanctions for Violations
The following sanctions apply for AUP violations:
- First Violation: Email warning, 24-hour correction period
- Second Violation: Service temporarily suspended
- Serious Violation: Account immediately terminated, no refund
- Legal Violation: Reported to law enforcement
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the security of your servers
- You must keep your software up to date
- You must use strong passwords
- You should perform regular backups
- You should report suspicious activities
6. Reporting Violations
To report AUP violations, you can send an email to [email protected]. All complaints are reviewed within 24 hours.
