Terms of Service

1. General Terms

These terms of service apply to all customers using Hosted Technology Inc. services. By using our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

2. Account Creation and Management

• You must be 18 years or older to create an account
• You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for your account security
• You may not share your account with others

3. Service Usage

You must use our services for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms:

• Illegal content may not be hosted
• Spam, phishing, and malware are prohibited
• Resource usage must remain at reasonable levels
• DDoS attacks and cyber attacks are prohibited

4. Payment Terms

• Services are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are made via automatic renewal
• Services may be suspended for late payments
• Our refund policy is outlined in a separate document

5. Service Changes and Termination

Hosted Cloud reserves the right to modify or terminate services. Significant changes are communicated 30 days in advance. Customers may cancel their accounts at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

Hosted Cloud cannot be held liable for service interruptions, data loss, or indirect damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months. Compensation under SLA is excluded from this limitation.
