1. Copyright Policy

Hosted Cloud respects copyright and expects its customers to do the same. Hosting content that infringes copyright is prohibited.

2. DMCA Notice

To report a copyright infringement, send the following information to [email protected]:

• Name and contact information of the copyright holder
• Description of the infringed work
• URL of the infringing content
• Good faith statement
• Electronic or physical signature

3. Processing Workflow

1. DMCA notice is received and reviewed within 24 hours
2. Content is promptly removed upon valid notice
3. Customer is notified
4. Counter-notice right is granted (10 days)
5. Account is terminated for repeat infringement

4. Counter-Notice (Appeal)

You can submit a counter-notice to appeal the removal of content. Your appeal will be reviewed and if found valid, the content will be restored within 10–14 business days.
