1. Hosted Cloud Intellectual Property Rights

The Hosted Cloud name, logo, trademarks, website design, software interfaces, documentation, and all other intellectual property rights related to this service are reserved by Hosted Cloud or its licensors. These materials may not be copied, modified, distributed, or used commercially without explicit written permission.

Trademark usage (logo, name) may only be done by official partners or under a license agreement, in accordance with the specified usage guidelines.

2. Customer Content and License

Our customers retain all intellectual property rights to the content (software, text, images, data) hosted on their servers or accounts. Hosted Cloud does not claim ownership of this content; you grant only the technical processing license (storage, backup, transmission) necessary to provide the service.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their content respects third-party intellectual property rights and complies with applicable laws. Infringement notices are processed according to our Acceptable Use, DMCA, and Abuse Report procedures.

3. Trademark and Patent Infringement Notice

You can submit trademark or patent infringement claims via [email protected] or through a legal representative. Your notice must include the alleged infringement, the trademark/patent information you are authorized for, and your contact details. Appropriate legal processes are applied after review.

4. Open Source and Third-Party Licenses

Open source or third-party software used in Hosted Cloud infrastructure or services is used under the respective licenses (GPL, MIT, Apache, etc.). Our customers are responsible for complying with the license terms of open source components used in their own projects.
